We appreciate that our colleagues expressed their opinions openly, even though the questionnaire was not anonymous. We are addressing all the feedback and want to fix the shortcomings that our co-workers pointed out. Sometimes it is necessary to find room for improvement; other times it is enough simply to explain the situation more clearly. Most of the negative feedback concerned technical matters that still need to be put into operation. The comments also serve as a form of prevention, helping us create new guidelines if necessary so that undesirable situations do not arise.
We are most pleased by the fact that 91% of our people would recommend working for EUROSOFT-Control to their family or friends. This means that they enjoy working here and are proud to work for EUROSOFT-Control. Colleagues appreciate the flexible working hours, good interpersonal relationships, courtesy, and the pleasant team atmosphere. The results once again showed that a positive workplace atmosphere is extremely important to all of us.
