The whole leadership of our company, who works with the team and wants to increase its efficiency and success, has participated in the middle of September 2018 in a two-day course “How to Create and Keep a Perfect Team. “
The course offered interesting topics like e.g.:

2) „How not to lose capable people “
3) „How to motivate the currant team “
The acquired knowledge and techniques are already being introduced by managers into practice.
