Job Opportunity Fair at UWB

For the second time, we met the students of Faculty of Electrical Engineering at UWB to introduce EUROSOFT-Control to them.
The demand for PLC programmers is huge and students of technical disciplines have chosen a truly perspective field. However, it is good to understand the issue from the employers’ point of view. The right manager wants to attract people who are interested in the field and want to continue learning. Unfortunately, some young people lack a humble approach.
Students shouldn’t forget that mastering English language is necessary these days. However, especially in our company it’s a great advantage to know German language as many of our customers come from German-speaking countries. The fact that our customer can speak with us in their native language gives us the advantage that distinguishes us from our competitors. PLC programmers at EUROSOFT-Control travel a lot, they see the world and they are also paid accordingly. We appreciate hard-working and skilled people and we want them to be happy with us.
