Dear Mr Pašek,
thank you for your nice phone call yesterday. I have been asked to write down some positive information about your company, and I feel pleased to do it.
I appreciate your company and your employees – whether they are Radek, Honza, Leoš, Jirka, Dušan – people I personally know and like or people I personally do not know, but who participate in the great work of Eurosoft. It does not matter whether they are buyers, electromechanics, test technicians, storekeepers or lady who takes over the material.
I appreciate our partnership and mutual co-operation. There has been no single framework contract between our companies up to now because we simply do not need it.
I appreciate professionalism, erudition, "normality".
I add one recent comment from the Volkswagen customer: " The Junker´s quality of electric cabinets is the best, thanks" - the end customer does not know that the electric cabinet has been produced with your company.
I saw you personally only twice, but Radek told me your life story and I must admire it.
And our agreement is valid - EUROSOFT is and will always be our first choice.
I believe you have been pleased with my email. If you think this email will also make your colleagues happy and will tell them something about their work to make sense, forward it to them.
Finally, let me make a personal remark:
If I did not work at Junker, at a company that I like very much, I would apply for a position with your company.
